Never say “Can you hear me?” again.
MicMedic finds out why your meeting audio isn’t working and fixes it in one click. Muted in the app, wrong headset, Bluetooth on your phone: it checks everything between your voice and the call, in Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and more.
Can you hear me?
You’re on mute.
Hang on, wrong headset.
I think my AirPods are on my phone.
From “you’re on mute” to fixed in under 30 seconds.
Ask, or let it notice
Press ⌥⌘L on Mac or Ctrl+Alt+L on Windows. MicMedic also speaks up on its own when your microphone goes silent mid-meeting.
It checks the whole chain
In about two seconds it looks at the meeting app, your devices, Bluetooth, volume and permissions, and tells you what’s wrong in one sentence.
Fix it, or Show me
Fix it makes the change for you and confirms your voice is getting through. Show me puts an arrow on the exact button to click.
Every link between your voice and the meeting.
Most audio problems aren’t in the meeting app. MicMedic follows the signal from your mouth to the call and stops at the first broken link.
Your voice
A live level meter shows whether sound reaches the computer at all.
Headset
Is it connected, chosen, and not muted by its own button?
Bluetooth
Is your headset paired to your phone or another laptop instead?
System

Is the meeting app allowed to use your microphone?
Meeting app
Muted in the call, wrong device selected, or joined without audio.

MicMedic works on your computer’s audio, so it helps in any call. For the apps below it can also read and press the buttons inside the app.
No audio leaves your computer.
- It measures, it never records
MicMedic only checks the sound level, in memory, on your machine. Nothing is stored or sent.
- No sign-in
No work account, no access to your email, calendar or chats.
- Installs without IT
From the Microsoft Store on Windows and as a signed, Apple-notarized app on Mac. No admin password needed.
Questions people ask.
Does my IT department need to approve it?
No. MicMedic installs for you only, without an admin password, and doesn’t sign in to your work account. Some companies block all new software; if yours does, IT can deploy it for everyone.
Does MicMedic record my meetings?
No. It reads the sound level to tell whether your microphone works. Audio is never stored or sent anywhere.
Which meeting apps does it work with?
Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex and Slack huddles get full support, including pressing buttons inside the app. Other apps get the device, Bluetooth and system checks plus step-by-step guidance.
Mac or Windows?
Both. MicMedic runs on macOS and Windows.
What does it cost?
Pricing will be announced at launch. People on the notification list hear about it first.
